  We exclusively use commercial-grade inflatables, designed to meet the rigorous demands of active use.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  Our products hold BS EN 14960-1:2019 certification, ensuring the highest safety standards.
• Advanced Safety Features:
  Each inflatable is equipped with an air speed monitor for wind speed assessment, alongside engineered stainless steel stakes that comply with AUS/NZ safety regulations.
• Annual Electrical Inspections:
  All equipment undergoes independent tagging and testing annually to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
  
  

Qualified and Prepared Staff
Training sessions are offered to empower on-site supervisors.

• Certified Operators:
  Our team consists of certified inflatable operators, ensuring expert setup and management of the inflatables.
• First Aid and Security:
  Staff are first aid certified and have undergone police vetting. We are prepared to address any concerns promptly.
• Training and Support:
  We provide comprehensive instructions and support materials, in our 'Bounce House Binder', which include guidelines for risk identification, emergency procedures, crowd management, and addressing minor accidents.
  
  

Hygiene and Preparation

• Cleaning and Sanitisation:
  All castles are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before delivery to ensure a hygienic environment for all users.
• Safety Signage and Rules:
  Each rental comes with clear safety signs and rules to guide users towards safe enjoyment of the inflatable.
  

Terms and Conditions

While we ensure the provision of safe and clean inflatables, we also require customers to actively monitor and manage the usage of the castles, adhering to the provided safety guidelines and training.

To ensure the safety of all participants, customers are required to read and agree to our terms and conditions prior to hiring. 

For those opting to supervise the inflatable themselves, we can provide a training session conducted by our staff to ensure full understanding and implementation of safety practices.
