Beware though, he looks sweet like a summer sunset, but this speedy swine is set to throw you off your game; he's adrenaline-fueled and ready to send some serious beats. Hip-hop on board, hold on tight, and prepare for a hollerin' hoe down. With 3 Intensity levels and multi directional operation this ride ain't no stroll down memory lane.
Complete with his own control center and in-built sound system he's always going to be the center of any gig.
We also provide a leader board, so set the timer and see whose swag sees them at the top of the charts the longest!

- We also independently test and tag our castles to make sure they are safe, ensuring a worry-free playtime for all the adult supervisors too!

- Our inflatable castle is designed to AUS/NZ safety regulations and is BS EN 14960-1:2019 certified.
- Your castle comes with a digital wind speed measuring device, so you can make sure you’re bouncing in complete safety – No guessing required!
- We independently test and tag our castles to make sure they are safe, ensuring a worry-free playtime for all the adult supervisors too!
- We use custom designed heavy duty stainless steel pegs built to NZ/AUS standard.
- We use tie-down straps to make tightening easier and faster.
- All rentals come with a full set of instructions including resources for emergency proceedure planning, crowd management and basic first aid.

SITE OPTIONS
- Measure the site before hiring your castle
- Allow sufficient clearance for low hanging branches, power lines and roof overhangs.
- Erect the castle on a clean, clear and level sites.
- Please check for animal litter, sharp sticks/rocks, remove grass clippings etc.

Pick-Up & Delivery
Pick-Up & Delivery
- You are welcome to collect and drop off your inflatable hire for free from our premises. Please note, that you will need to read and sign an acknowledgement form stating that you have read our terms and conditions as well as understood the proper and safe set-up for an inflatable device.
- Training will be provided by a staff member upon collection.
- Please note that the size and weight of the castle often means this is a 2-3+ person job - Especially if the castle is waterlogged!
- For $80 we can deliver and collect the castle for you. This service is limited to the area shown on our area map. The fee includes travel expenses and a small amount to cover staff wages.
- Please get in contact with us if you’d like us to deliver/pick-up a castle outside of our service area.
- This service will need to be booked in advance at the time of your castle reservation as we have limited staff available.
TRANSPORTATION
- Sorry none of our castles will fit into small vehicles.
- All castles will require a Ute, Van, Truck or Trailer
PICK-UP & DROP-OFF TIMES
- Bouncehouse NZ staff will be available for physical pick-up and drop-offs at our headquarters.
- Sorry we don't allow pick-ups and drop-offs outside of these times as we need time to inspect and sanitise the castle in time for our next rental.

- Bounce House NZ staff will be
available for physical pick-up/drop-off from 9am until 6pm. - Sorry, we don’t allow pick-ups earlier or later than the times listed as we require time to inspect, clean and sanitise the castle in time for our next VIP customers.
Cancellations

If the weather isn’t fun for play on the day, we will refund your money in full!
All other cancellations will require 2 day’s notice (48 hours) to allow us to re-list the castle.
Any cancellations within this
time will incur a $100 cancellation fee which will be deducted from your deposit.
